Distance Selling Regulations - Distance selling regulations states a customer has the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting from the day after delivery; you have a right to cancel the order for any item purchased from this shop for a full refund. To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven working days of delivery of your item (s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). The customer has a duty of care while the goods are in his possession. You should also have the receipt in order to return the item (s) back.
All items on this website come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months which is provided by the manufacturer. Some items will come with longer warranty periods and this will be normally mentioned in the product manual. If a problem occurs with your product you could contact us for assistance or the manufacturer to either replace the product or repair it. You could always contact us for advice. Below you will find some of the contact numbers of manufacturers whose products we sell. You can cancel this order within 7 days after you have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 7 days after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please note that if you wish to return goods under our Approval guarantee, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us. If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. Goods must be returned 'As Sold' in the original packaging with all components and accessories. We provide a period of 7 working days after the date of receipt within which the consumer can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. As a business seller we are obliged to offer a full cash refund including the original postage and packaging costs if the buyer has cancelled the purchase within 7 working days after they’ve received the item. For any returns made after that period, the cost of postage would be borne by the buyer. We are unable to accept returns from unwanted and non-faulty items after 2 weeks of delivery of the item. You must return the unwanted items at your own expense and risk. We can arrange collection of the item but will deduct the shipping costs from the amount paid for the item.
