  1. What methods of payment can I use?
    Kreshay Impex Ltd mainly accepts credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Delta and All the payments should be done through Paypal which is very safe and secured.

  3. How long will my delivery take?
    Delivery normally takes 2-5 working days within the U.K. and 5-10 working days within Europe. However if delayed it could be due to some unforeseeable circumstances but you would be kept informed on a regular basis.

  4. Can I order by phone?
    Yes you can contact our Sales Advisors on 07531 860738. Our lines are open from hours 10:00 am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 5.30pm Saturday. If you are unable to get in touch; or find our representatives busy, kindly leave a message and one of our agents would contact you. Unfortunately we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

  5. How do you keep your prices so low?
    Kreshay buys its products directly from the manufacturer in large quantities, therefore reduces the cost. These savings are passed directly on to our customers ensuring the best possible price on all our products.

  6. I cannot find the product I want on the website, can you get it for me?
    If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, you can contact our Sales Advisors on 07531 860738 who will be obliged to help you or mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  

  7. Can I have my product delivered to a different address?
    You can tell us a different delivery address at the time of order.  Please remember to let us know of any access problems with the delivery address such as a narrow road leading to the property or a flight of stairs.

  8. How do you use the details provided to you?
    Any information provided by you is used only to fulfil your order. Your phone number is provided to the courier service to help expedite your delivery. We ensure not to pass on any information to any third party and thereby adhere to the Date Protection Act .

  9. Is the website secure to put my credit card details on?
    We understand the importance of security while entering your credit card details on the internet. We use extremely secure server software, which encrypts all your personal information and prevents it from being accessed or read by any unauthorized person.  You can check that you are in a secure area of our site by looking in the browser at the foot of the page where you will see a padlock symbol.

    We feel that it is because we listen to our customers and, where possible, accommodate their requirements that we have been placed at the forefront of mail order sewing machine supplies.

  11. What if I`m out at the time of delivery?
    The carrier will leave a card explaining the time they tried to deliver and also the `phone number for your local depot so redelivery can be arranged. There is no charge for redelivery.

  12. Can I arrange delivery for Saturday?
    Yes, but there is a £20.00 surcharge for this service.

  13. Do you supply items overseas?
    Yes. Please contact us for a quote if your country is not listed in the International Deliveries table.

    As a guide, European deliveries usually take 5-10 days or longer for further destinations such as the Middle East and Far East. The carriers we use for these deliveries are Parcelforce and DHL. Both these companies offer online tracking.
